cartagenaescape.es provides information about the guided tours the owner runs in Cartagena and the surrounding area, and lets you request seats on them. The rules for those bookings are set out in the booking terms.

All content on cartagenaescape.es belongs to the owner, comes from the free image library commons.wikimedia.org or belongs to third parties who have given their express permission, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproducing, distributing or transforming any of it, in whole or in part, without the owner’s express written permission is prohibited. Photos and videos from image libraries are free to use.
Liability
The owner tries to keep the published information (times, prices, itineraries) up to date. The final time and availability of each tour are those confirmed by email when you book. The owner is not liable for any damage arising from interference, interruptions or computer viruses beyond their control, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.
Governing law
Any dispute or question relating to this website is governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Cartagena (Murcia) have jurisdiction, unless consumer law entitles the user to go to the courts of their own place of residence.
